Delete your account

1. Open PoleFolio and go to Profile.
2. Choose account deletion and sign in again if requested.
3. Review the deletion notice and confirm your request.

Deletion removes your active account, profile, private moves, notes, progress records and associated private data. Shared catalog contributions may remain without your personal attribution. Infrastructure backups can retain copies until the provider’s configured retention expires.

Cannot access the app?

Use the support form with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify account ownership before processing deletion. Sending a support message does not automatically delete your account. Never send your password or authentication codes.
